Eckhart Tolle’s The Power of Now was one of those eureka books for me; Seth Speaks and You can heal your life by Louise Hay were the others. Once I “got” it, whatever the ‘power of now’ was, it so simple I thought there had to be more to it. Nothing difficult (well it can be a little) to do, no exercises, just BE like Ram Dass said in the 70s, BE HERE NOW. I have yet to read this book but I love his stuff, it has had a huge impact on my life.
