One Response to Dreams of Space

  1. Avi Solomon says:

The dream became a reality when Apollo 15 astronaut Al Worden wrote a book for ‘kids’ about his trip to the moon:
Worden, Alfred Merrill. I Want to Know about a Flight to the Moon. Garden City, NY: Doubleday, 1974

Another book for kids is by Apollo 12 astronaut Alan Bean whos is an artist and dreamer too:
Bean, Alan; Fraknoi, Beverly. My Life as an Astronaut. NY: Pocket Books, 1988
