"….I recommend potential fathers to do the same as it is very  important
for you to sit down and THINK, jotting notes helps you quiet down and focus.
Besides, one should record every possible medical terms one encounters,
including what kind of pain killer the nurses used and  when the drugs were
administered. On the final page of my son’s Birth  Log, I recorded his body
measurement on day one, as seen above. I’m so  happy for the entire
experience. Welcome to this world!"
