6 ripe avocados
3 cloves garlic, pressed
2 jalapeno peppers, minced
1/4 purple onion, minced
2 teaspoons white vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Please take care when working with the peppers; the oils can sting if
they get in your eyes. Also, the heat between individual peppers can vary
greatly. Start with one; you can always add the second later if it’s
not hot enough."
