because I know it’s the only book I’ll have to carry with me. There’s
enough room for planning, recording what I already did, notes and
library books to check out, addresses to jot down, doodles to doodle
and pencil haiku to write (yes, I actually do that). True, it’s the
"large" one, but large Moleskines are no bigger than a trade paperback
or other academic book or modern novel — smaller, often. I always have
a bag or the car, so that’s no problem. And I get the convenience of
carrying one book…"
