Junkyard Press

Charles Coates has a new blog called "Junkyard Press" about sketchbooks and printmaking. If the first post is any indication, expect to see more great Moleskine action soon.

"The Moleskine book here is legendary… and very vain! These books
supposedly are the best around… so are they? Well so far, mine is
fantastic. The paper is thick enough to handle much abuse…
watercolors and ink wash hold up very well, yet the smooth paper still
grabs ink from a quo qill pen and keeps it from bleeding. The size is
great… small enough to take anywhere, but large enough to plan out
compositions and apply fine detail. You can easily use two pages for
one full composition.. which is not something that many sketchbooks can
do. So far, I’m impressed!"
