Morning Time In My Garden

Mtimg_1

"The phrase "Morning Time In My Garden" was famously heard when I was in the
air force. It means that – in the morning time, a person will still be in his or
her garden … have a cuppa, staring at the plants or even talking to the
flowers (like what Prince Charles likes to do) instead of going early to work.
It is also another way of telling off a person if he or she was late to
work."
