A reader pointed out this post at the Crafter forum pages. It turns out that this was made by Katie whom we linked to earlier in connection with their traveling Moleskine project. The notebook is filled with quotes and other patterns that's really a novel media for this kind of craft.

If I view this correctly, the needlepoint is being done in the notebook, on the page. Cool.
