I love my yearly moleskine but would be even better to have a monthly book, but blank. There is something about having the dayes on the page. I hate leaving the diary pages blank and a sketchbook version would make me do a drawing every day.

I feel the same way. I do keep a psuedo-diary in my weekly view Moleskine, but it can get pretty sparse at times.
