As the Golden Horse Film Festival is celebrating its 50th anniversary, Moleskine has created a special edition notebook featuring the Festival Ambassador and one of the most iconic Asian actresses of our time, Maggie Cheung.

Having worked with some of the Asian film industry’s most prominent representatives in the past, this year Moleskine have forged a new notebook concept to celebrate this celebrated actress. This special edition design concept is born out of the collaboration between Hong Kong photographer Wing Shya and the Taiwanese graphic designer Aaron Nieh.

The paper band wrapped around the notebook features an elegant black and white portrait of the actress while the notebook cover features this year’s artwork.

Maggie Cheung said, “I feel very honoured to be the Golden Horse Film Ambassador and I give my full support to this special event. I hope that I can make the Golden Horse 50th Anniversary and Chinese-language cinema more internationally known.”

At Moleskine we’re also thrilled to be taking part in this special event, taking our passion for cinematic talent further and celebrating the talents of an extraordinary actress.
